Welcome to Semester 2 band! Please check out your individual tab to check if there’s anything specific for your class, but a couple of things to keep in mind:

This Semester holds Mass Band for both Middle School and High School! This is a great opportunity for students to participate with all the band students from around the Peninsula, under the baton of a fantastic guest conductor!

This is also the semester with the Music in the Schools Concert, which takes place on March 4th (the Tuesday before Spring Break begins). This concert allows all band students grades 5-12 to perform as individual groups, and then they all gather to perform on stage together! We also open this up to adults in the community – if you want to come play with us or know someone who would enjoy it, please get me their information or have them call or email me (235-4667, AJohnson@kpbsd.org) – we can make any level of performance work.
